The Indiana Statewide Certified Development Corporation celebrated its 40th anniversary in October. The organization is affiliated with Cambridge Capital Management Corporation, an IBA associate member. The ISCDC helps banks leverage loans for smaller companies by providing Small Business Administration 504 loans, which can give small-business owners long-term, fixed-rate financing similar to commercial loan terms available for large companies. The organization has approved nearly 1,700 loans totaling more than $845 million for companies in nearly every Indiana county over the past 40 years. Those projects total more than $2.1 billion in expansion for borrowers and have created or saved more than 30,000 Hoosier jobs.em
