Michael L. Kubacki retired from the board of directors at Lake City Bank, Warsaw, and its holding company, Lakeland Financial Corporation, effective April 9. He was with the bank for 26 years, including serving as president from 1998-2010, CEO from 1998-2014 and chairman from 2000-2023.
Jim Alsop retired from United Fidelity Bank, Evansville, effective Feb. 29, after 47 years in the banking industry. He was with the bank for 13 years, completing his career as vice president, community executive.
Keith Leinenbach retired from German American Bank, Jasper, effective April 1, after more than 40 years in banking. Twenty-four of those years were with German American, including 11 as regional commercial credit officer and commercial banking officer before being named executive vice president and chief credit officer in January 2012.
