David M. Findlay has been appointed chairman of the board for both Lake City Bank, Warsaw, and its holding company, Lakeland Financial Corporation. He has been with the bank for 23 years and served as its CEO since 2014. Findlay will continue as CEO of both organizations. His predecessor, Michael L. Kubacki, will retire from both boards of directors at the company’s annual report of shareholders on April 9.
Tony Pesaresi has joined the board of Alliance Bank, Francesville. He is a third-generation owner and president of the family business, Winamac Coil Spring Inc. Pesaresi is also immediate past president of the Chicago Association of Spring Manufacturers Inc. He studied at Purdue University and has served his community as a volunteer firefighter for more than 30 years.
