Old National Bank, Evansville, donated a combined $160,000 to 12 nonprofits across Fort Wayne, Michiana, and northwest Indiana communities in the second quarter of this year:
- Blue Jacket Inc. (Fort Wayne): $10,000 for Blue Jacket Academy and staffing services
- Bridge of Grace (Fort Wayne): $15,000 for neighborhood revitalization in Mount Vernon Park
- Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County: $15,000 to support 2024 affordable homeownership
- Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne: $15,000 to support homeownership for low- to moderate-income families
- Habitat for Humanity of St. Joseph County: $15,000 for advancing Black homeownership
- Indiana Youth Group: $15,000 for geographic expansion into northwest Indiana
- Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana (Fort Wayne): $15,000 for JA Next
- Martin Luther King School Inc. (Fort Wayne): $5,000 for MLK Montessori 2024 student programming
- Near Northwest Neighborhood (South Bend): $15,000 for neighborhood stabilization, revitalization and vitality
- Questa Foundation for Education (Fort Wayne): $15,000 for Old National Scholars
- Salvation Army of Niles, Michigan: $10,000 to provide balanced, nutritional meals to school children
- South Shore Arts Inc. (Munster): $15,000 for their “everykid” program
