Karissa Hendricks has joined the bank as vice president, private banker, launching the bank’s new private banking division. She has more than 35 years of banking experience centered in the greater Indianapolis market. Hendricks has volunteered with many organizations over the past 20 years, including Junior Achievement, the Indianapolis Animal Shelter, the Humane Society, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Girl Scouts of America and Gleaners Food Bank.
Nate Richter has joined the bank as vice president, project manager, with more than 15 years of experience in the technology field. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Ferris State University.
Joe Baker has been promoted to bank officer, branch manager, with more than a decade of experience in customer service and sales management across multiple industries. He has been with the bank since early 2024. Baker volunteers with local organizations including Hamilton County Parks and Recreation and Hamilton Southeastern Schools. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Saint Petersburg College.
Lisa Shoffner has joined the bank as bank officer, assistant branch manager, with more than a decade of experience focused on sales and management. She earned a degree from Ivy Tech Kokomo.
Carey Waddell has been promoted to bank officer, assistant branch manager. She has been with the bank for nearly three years as a lead financial representative. Waddell has 17 years of banking experience, primarily in customer service, lending and branch operations.

Trey Weber has been promoted to assistant vice president, leasing officer. He started with the bank 10 years ago as a teller, steadily working his way up to assistant branch manager, commercial credit associate and, most recently, leasing analyst officer. Weber serves as vice president of the South Whitley Town Council. He earned a certificate in business administration from Ivy Tech Community College.

Isaac is a school board member for the Metropolitan School District of Mt. Vernon, serves as treasurer for Mt. Vernon River Days and the Posey County Historical Society, and is a member of the Mt. Vernon Kiwanis Club and Mt. Vernon Redevelopment Commission. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana.
