Brian Duba has been promoted to general counsel and secretary for the bank and its holding company. He retains his officer status of senior vice president. Duba has served as deputy general counsel since September 2024 with broad legal experience in banking, industrial production, real estate and private practice as a corporate attorney. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and his juris doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Duba’s predecessor, John Griffith, will remain with the bank and its holding company, retaining his status as executive vice president, chief risk officer.

Amanda Hull has been promoted to vice president, regional sales manager. She volunteers at Pathway Community Church and has previously served at the New Haven Chamber of Commerce and the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Hull holds an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College and a bachelor’s degree from Western Governor’s University.

Michael Quigley has been promoted to vice president, business banker. He volunteers with numerous nonprofits focused on improving mental healthcare accessibility and collaborates with city leadership to foster local development and economic progress. Quigley holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Fort Wayne.

John Johnston has been promoted to be an officer with the bank. He joined the bank in November 2024 as a banking center manager. Johnston volunteers hosting financial education seminars at schools, presenting fraud seminars and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.

Zane Omlor has been promoted to be an officer with the bank. He joined the bank in October 2024 as a hub manager. Omlor volunteers with his local church and Ronald McDonald House Charities, and has previously served with United Way, Community Harvest Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Whitely County Humane Society and Junior Achievement. He earned both an associate degree and a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Tech.

Haley Carroll has been promoted to vice president, branch manager. She started with the bank in 2011 as teller before being promoted to customer service representative. Carroll volunteers as treasurer of the Eel River Cruisers car show committee and her local Lions Club

Kassy Taylor has been promoted to vice president, branch manager. She started with the bank in 2017 as head teller before being promoted to personal banker and later assistant branch manager. Taylor volunteers with the women’s auxiliary for her community volunteer fire department and on her hometown’s committee for fireworks. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the Indiana Tech.

Jana Gass has been promoted to assistant vice president, assistant branch manager. She started with the bank in 2019 as a teller before being promoted to personal banker and later assistant branch manager. Gass volunteers with the Huntington Area Recreational Trails Association, United with Love/Covered with Love and New Life Meal Ministry.
Centier Bank / Merrillville

Kelly Garrett has joined the bank as vice president, treasury management sales officer, with 20 years of experience in business banking, lending and Treasury management. She volunteers with DaySpring Homeless Shelter. Garrett earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Lora Lemon has joined the bank as assistant vice president, branch manager, with nearly 40 years of banking experience, including corporate sales and retail banking.

Rick Smith has joined the bank as commercial manager for its Greater Fort Wayne market. He has more than 20 years of experience with a national bank. Smith is a recognized leader in the Fort Wayne community and was named part of the Leadership Fort Wayne class of 2019 by Greater Fort Wayne Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Saint Francis and an MBA from the Indiana Institute of Technology.

Kim Pines has joined the bank as a community lender with more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage sector. She is a member of the Central Indiana Realtist Association and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., sits on the board of her chapter’s Emerging Pearls Foundation, and volunteers with the Education Advancement Foundation.

John Crowe has been promoted to chief information technology officer. He started with the bank 18 years ago as a systems administrator, quickly advancing to IT manager and, most recently, IT director.

Ben Ogden has been promoted to assistant vice president, agricultural and commercial lender. He started with the bank four years ago as a credit analyst and was promoted to credit analyst officer in 2023. Ogden serves as a board member and secretary for the United Way of Huntington County. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Manchester University and a master’s degree from the University of Saint Francis.

Trevor Loe has been promoted to serve as branch manager of the bank’s new Carmel location. He joined the bank in March as a business development officer with prior experience at major national and regional banks.

Carlton Zesch has been promoted to executive managing director and head of Yellow Cardinal M&A Services, the bank’s investment banking firm serving middle-market companies. He has 10 years of experience in investment banking. Zesch earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond.
First Merchants Bank / Muncie

Michael Joyce has been promoted to executive vice president, president of private wealth advisors. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, including 14 with the bank.

Timothy Mackay has been promoted to executive vice president, president of mortgage banking and bank operations. He has more than 30 years of industry experience, including serving as president of Level One Bank, Farmington Hills, Michigan, before it was acquired by First Merchants in 2022.

Diane Renforth has been promoted to senior vice president, chief wealth management officer. She has been with the bank since 2022, most recently serving as senior vice president, director of wealth management. Renforth has 37 total years of banking experience and is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners’ Estate Planning Council. She volunteers with Carmel Rotary and Carmel Freedom Ball, and is treasurer of Carmel Fest and youth director for the IndyFringe Arts Board. Renforth earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from the University of Indianapolis, and graduated from the Cannon Trust School for Advanced Financial & Estate Planning and the University of South Florida’s property management certification program.

Ryan K. Renfroe has been promoted to senior vice president, chief retail banking officer. He has been with the bank since 2022, most recently serving as senior vice president, head of retail banking and lending. Renfroe has 25 total years of banking experience since serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. He will complete the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison this year.

Matt Schuster has been promoted to senior risk and compliance officer. He has been with the bank since 2024, most recently serving as senior compliance officer, internal auditor. Before joining the bank, Schuster worked at IBA associate member Crowe LLP for 14 years. He volunteers with the Toastmasters Club of Fishers. Schuster earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, holds the certified public accountant license and earned the certified regulatory compliance manager (CRCM) certification.

Tyler Allen has been promoted to assistant vice president, digital banking manager. He has been with the bank since 2023. Allen earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Tracy Litton has been promoted to assistant vice president, accountant. She has been with the bank since 2016. Litton earned an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College, received the ABA’s certificate in general accounting and graduated from the Morgan County Leadership Academy.

Cory Wiggington has been promoted to assistant vice president, information technology manager. He joined the bank in 2022. Wiggington earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, and completed the certified information systems security professional (CISSP) and CompTIA secure infrastructure expert (CSIE) certifications.

Elizabeth Johnson has been promoted to CRA officer. She has been with the bank since 2017, most recently serving as retail banking trainer. Johnson completed the IBA’s Train the Trainer program and is currently enrolled in the Morgan County Leadership Academy.

Adam Treibic joined the bank as market president for west-central Indiana with nearly two decades of commercial lending and leadership experience in the Indianapolis region. He serves on the development committee of the Johnson County Community Foundation and the board of trustees for the Franklin Youth Foundation. Treibic is also a past president of Leadership Johnson County and the Franklin Boys and Girls Club Board of Trustees. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Karin DeVries has been promoted to vice president, commercial loan officer, after two years as a commercial lender with the bank.

Barbara Maskew has been promoted to assistant vice president, personal trust officer. She has been with the bank since August 2023, bringing extensive experience in business development and management.

Randall Hiner has been promoted to commercial portfolio manager. He previously served as a junior portfolio manager.

Jennifer Stich joined the bank as funding manager for its equipment finance division funding team. She has more than 20 years of experience in the equipment finance industry and a strong background in operations and management. Stich volunteers with the Indy Foundation, a Minnesota-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting cancer warriors and their families; as well as the Tri-County Humane Society. She was named one of Monitor’s 2022 Top Women in Equipment Finance and is a certified lease and finance professional (CLFP), a distinction underscoring her deep knowledge and commitment to excellence in the field. Stich graduated from Rasmussen College.

Brian Burke has joined the bank as a mortgage loan originator with 13 years of mortgage industry experience. He has taught numerous financial literacy classes in underserved communities across Indianapolis and led homeownership education sessions in partnership with Helping Veterans and Families of Indianapolis and the Indianapolis Housing Agency.

Eric D. Neuenschwander has been promoted to vice president, fair lending officer. He has been with the bank for 17 years. Neuenschwander volunteers with Junior Achievement and Youth for Christ Northern Indiana. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Huntington University and has a certified regulatory compliance manager (CRCM) certification.

Emily E. M. Long has been promoted to payroll officer. She has been with the bank for four years. Long volunteers with Kid’s Market Inc. and Touch of Life Church.

Jon-Myckle D. Price has been promoted to president, chief executive officer after nearly two decades of service with the bank. He joined the bank’s Trust department in 2008, moving up the ranks to most recently serve as chief operating officer. Price currently serves as trustee on the Logansport Memorial Hospital Board, vice president of the Logansport Redevelopment Commission, treasurer of the Cass County Humane Society and president of the Logansport Alumni Association. He has previously served on the boards of the Logansport-Cass County Chamber of Commerce, the Cass County Family YMCA, the Kiwanis Club of Logansport and the Girl Scouts of North Indiana-Michiana. Price is active in the broader banking industry as well, serving on the Mutual Bank Council for the Independent Community Bankers of America, the founding class of the American Bankers Association’s Emerging Leaders Advisory Board and president of the IBA Future Leadership Division’s Advisory Board in 2022. Price was named a Rising Star in Banking by BankBeat magazine and Business Man of the Year by the Logansport-Cass County Chamber of Commerce, both in 2019. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Wabash College, completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated from the IBA Leadership Development Program.

Bret Henderson has been promoted to chief operations officer. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including 11 with the bank. Henderson currently serves as treasurer of the Peak Community Services Board of Directors and as a member of the Area Five Agency Board of Directors. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University-Kokomo, completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated from the IBA Leadership Development Program.

Dianna B. Land has been promoted to senior executive vice president, chief operating officer. She has been with the bank since 2003, holding positions in operations, information technology, human resources and marketing. Land earned a bachelor’s degree from Harrison College and a master’s from Southern New Hampshire University, and graduated from the Human Resources Management and Information Technology schools at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the American Bankers School of Marketing. She also attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and received a Wharton Leadership Certificate. Land also holds a senior human resources certification from the HR Certification Institute and a SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resources Management.

Cara Cote has been promoted to human resources manager. She began her banking career with Springs Valley in 2015 as a personal banker, going on to serve as an operations specialist and then HR specialist. Cote completed the Human Resource Management School at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Brittany Scherzer has been promoted to marketing manager. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana.
United Fidelity Bank / Evansville

Matt Theophilus has joined the bank as an office manager with 22 years of banking experience, most recently serving as vice president, branch manager at a bank in Zionsville. He graduated from Purdue University.

Adam Lehman joined the bank as loan servicing assistant manager in March with 13 years of banking experience, including nine in operations and servicing. He volunteers in his community as a baseball and basketball coach.
