Centier Bank / Merrillville

Joe DiNicolantonio has been promoted to senior partner. He joined the bank in early 2024 with more than 20 years of experience with large regional banks. As senior partner, DiNicolantonio will continue to guide the bank’s strategic growth initiatives and expand its retail presence in key markets.

Crossroads Bank / Wabash

Scott Kaselonis has joined the bank as vice president, head retail banking officer with three decades of banking experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Kokomo.

First Farmers Bank & Trust Co. / Converse

Jessica Jefferis has joined the bank as assistant vice president, regional manager. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the banking industry.

German American Bank / Jasper

Kim Hief has been promoted to senior vice president, director of business transformation and integration office. She has been with the bank for five years. Hief earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana, the Change Management Professional designation and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Hendricks County Bank & Trust Company / Brownsburg

Allan Bolante has joined the bank as a credit analyst. He volunteers as a police commissioner with the Brownsburg Police Department and is an active member of Brownsburg Rotary. Bolante earned his bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville University and holds the Certified Hotel Administrator credential.

Lake City Bank / Warsaw

Scott Bucher has been promoted to first vice president, home lending manager. He has been with the bank for 17 years. Bucher leads the mortgage and home equity line of credit teams. He is a Lighthouse Collective board member and volunteers with Heroes Camp and Transformation Ministries. Bucher earned a bachelor’s degree from Manchester University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

David Davis has been promoted to first vice president, commercial banking officer. He has been in financial services for 35 years, including 24 with the bank. Davis volunteers in various roles with Iris Family Support, Science Central, McMillen Health, Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana and the Northeast Indiana Chapter of the Indiana University Alumni Association. Davis earned an associate degree from Purdue University, a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, a second bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and an MBA from Indiana University. He is also a graduate of Leadership Fort Wayne.

Karen Francis has been promoted to first vice president, retail banking regional manager. She has been with the bank for 41 years. Francis is board treasurer for the Mentone Chamber of Commerce, a member of Wheels of Fire Cancer Crusaders and Mentone-Akron Kiwanis, and volunteers with Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity.

Jody Meyer has been promoted to first vice president, retail banking regional manager. She has been in financial services for 20 years, including six with the bank. Meyer is board treasurer for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Indy Foundation.

Gavin Miller has been promoted to first vice president, commercial banking officer. He has been with the bank for 24 years. Miller is treasurer for the board of Nappanee Unit of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Elkhart County and an organizing committee member of the Elkhart Community Leaders Prayer Breakfast. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Tori Platt has been promoted to first vice president, learning & development manager. She has been with the bank for 26 years. Platt volunteers with the Kosciusko County Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Hanover College and completed the Indiana Bankers Association’s Leadership Development Program.

Cameron Plew has been promoted to first vice president, commercial banking officer. He has been with the bank for 21 years. Plew is board vice president of the Syracuse Wawasee Rotary Club and its foundation, and president of Redeemer Lutheran Church. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University and completed the Indiana Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and the Kosciusko Leadership Academy.

Allie Rhodes has been promoted to first vice president, retail banking regional manager. She has been with the bank for 11 years. Rhodes is finance chair for the Friends of the Club (part of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Northern Indiana Corridor), teaches Money Smart classes and volunteers with Junior Achievement BizTown in Elkhart and the Boys and Girls Clubs.

Steve Schumacher has been promoted to first vice president, retail banking regional manager. He has been in financial services for 32 years, including 22 with the bank. Schumacher earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Kim Strawbridge has been promoted to first vice president, retail banking regional manager. She has been with the bank for 16 years. Strawbridge is a board member of United Way of Whitley and Kosciusko Counties, serves as an ambassador and lunch buddy with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana and volunteers with Wawasee School Corporation as a co-coordinator for Boomerang Backpacks.

Marshall Weadick has been promoted to first vice president, regional credit officer. He has worked in financial services for 15 years, including 10 with the bank. Weadick is a finance committee member with Iris Family Support Center Inc. and Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Tabitha Williamson has been promoted to first vice president, corporate & institutional services manager. She has been with the bank for 23 years. Williamson volunteers with Junior Achievement. She earned an associate degree from Ivy Tech, a bachelor’s degree from Grace College and holds the Certified Treasury Professional designation from the Association of Financial Professionals.

Donna Wolfe has been promoted to first vice president, project & application manager. She has been with the bank for 34 years. Wolfe is a member of the Project Management Institute. She volunteers with CASA of Kosciusko County, Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity and the bank’s Reality Store.

Dan Beechy has been promoted to vice president, corporate and institutional sales officer. He has been in financial services for 21 years, including two with the bank. Beechy is a Science Central board and finance committee member and Cameron Chase Homeowners Association board president. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the International Business College and holds the Certified Treasury Professional designation from the Association of Financial Professionals.

Bridget Camden has been promoted to vice president, business banking manager. She has worked in financial services for 11 years, including seven with the bank. Camden volunteers with Wabash County 4-H. She has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.

Kelli Cook has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer. She has been with the bank for 11 years. Cook is active in Tri Kappa and volunteers with Junior Achievement.

Rhonda Frank has been promoted to vice president, payroll manager. She has worked in financial services for 25 years, including seven with the bank. Frank is Wawasee Theatre Boosters’ board treasurer and volunteers with Read United and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and holds Society for Human Resources Management-Certified Professional and Professional in Human Resources certifications.

Megan Ottinger has been promoted to vice president, credit portfolio manager. She has been with the bank for 19 years. Ottinger volunteers with Junior Achievement and with the Pierceton Elementary PTO. She has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Tech.

Christoffer Penny has been promoted to vice president, credit administration officer. He has worked in financial services for eight years, including six at the bank. Penny is vice president of the City of Huntington Redevelopment Authority and volunteers with Junior Achievement. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Huntington University and holds the Risk Management Association’s Credit Risk Certification.

Penny Ramsey has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer. She has worked in financial services for 47 years, including 16 with the bank. Ramsey is a charter member and secretary/treasurer of the Mentone-Akron Kiwanis Club, Burket Bible Church treasurer, a Fulton County Extension Board member and a member of the Purdue College of Agriculture’s Research, Extension and Teaching organization. She volunteers with Junior Achievement and the bank’s Reality Store.

Leslie Rutherford has been promoted to vice president, transaction processing manager. She has been with the bank for 13 years. Rutherford volunteers with the bank’s Reality Store. She earned a bachelor’s degree at Indiana Tech.

Kim Vermillion has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer. She has been with the bank for 18 years. Vermillion is an Argos Lions Club member and volunteers with Junior Achievement and Greater Marshall County Children’s Resale.

Micaela Alvarez has been promoted to assistant vice president, loan system support officer. She has been with the bank for four years. She volunteers with Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, the Kosciusko County Community Foundation, Junior Achievement’s BizTown and the bank’s Reality Store.

Quinten Bender has been promoted to assistant vice president, senior loan administration officer. He has been with the bank for six years. Bender volunteers with the United Way Day of Caring, Junior Achievement and Humane Fort Wayne. He earned a bachelor’s degree at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.

Sandra Medina has been promoted to assistant vice president, HELOC underwriter officer. She has been with the bank for 16 years.

Luke Mungovan has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial banking officer. He has been in financial services for 12 years, including seven with the bank. Mungovan is board treasurer of the Risk Management Association of Northern Indiana and a Literacy Alliance board member. He also serves as a math tutor at Literacy Alliance and volunteers with Junior Achievement. Mungovan earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and graduated from Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana Leadership Institute.

Katie Rowe has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer. She has been with the bank for six years. Rowe volunteers with Junior Achievement. She earned an associate degree at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.

Brandi Wampler has been promoted to assistant vice president, CIF & EDS manager. She has been with the bank for 27 years. Wampler volunteers with Junior Achievement and the bank’s Reality Store.

Brooke Williams has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer. She has been with the bank for eight years. Williams is board treasurer for Junior Achievement serving Wawasee and a Leisure Living board member.

Chloe Damron has been promoted to One Call Center officer. She has been with the bank for four years.

Gita Kamdar has been promoted to security administration officer. She has been with the bank for 18 years. Kamdar volunteers with Habitat for Humanity.

Phillip P. Nguyen has been promoted to commercial portfolio management officer. He is a committee member at St. Joseph Community Health Foundation and volunteers with Junior Achievement. Nguyen earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Fort Wayne.

Stefani Rinehold has been promoted to credit administration officer. She has been with the bank for four years. Rinehold volunteers with Junior Achievement’s BizTown and the DeKalb County Fair and is a member of DeKalb County Young Farmers. She earned an associate degree from North Central State College and a bachelor’s degree from Franklin University.

Blake Shearer has been promoted to training officer. He has been with the bank for nine years.

Nathan J. Targgart joined the bank’s wealth advisory group as an investment officer with six years of financial services experience. He volunteers with Central Ministries in Fort Wayne, Fort Wayne Rescue Mission and as a mentor at Grace College. Targgart earned his bachelor’s degree from Taylor University and a master’s degree from Purdue University-Fort Wayne.

Ellen J. Vogeler has been promoted to benefits officer. She has been with the bank for eight years. Vogeler earned an associate degree from Ivy Tech.

Malana Wood has been promoted to retail banking officer. She has been with the bank for six years. Wood volunteers with Junior Achievement and Greater Marshall County Children’s Resale.

National Bank of Indianapolis

Dave Franklin has been promoted to first vice president, wealth management division manager. He has 23 years of banking and business development experience. Franklin is on the boards of the Central Indiana Land Trust and the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation. He is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Indianapolis and Chartered Market Technician Association. Franklin earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Evansville and holds the CFA and CMT professional designations.

Gavin England joined the bank as vice president, senior portfolio manager. He has more than 25 years of experience. England volunteers coaching with Carmel Dads’ Club and advocating for mental health resources. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Jeff C. Mantock has been promoted to vice president, chief investment officer, Diamond Capital Management manager. He has 29 years of banking and business development experience and is a member of the CFA Society of Indianapolis. Mantock earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Ball State University and holds the CFA professional designation.

Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company / Jasper

Dianna B. Land has been promoted to senior executive vice president, chief operating officer. Since joining the bank in 2003, she has held positions in operations, information technology, human resources and marketing. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Harrison College, a master’s from Southern New Hampshire University, holds a senior human resources certification from the Society for Human Resources Management, graduated from the Human Resources Management Graduate School of Banking and Information Technology School at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduated from the American Bankers Association School of Marketing, attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and received a Wharton Leadership Certificate.

STAR Bank / Fort Wayne

Jenifer Porter has been promoted to market manager. She has been with the bank for 17 years, most recently serving as training branch manager.

Stephanie Walpole has been promoted to market manager. She has 18 years of banking experience, including 12 years with STAR, most recently serving as a branch manager. Walpole serves on the board of One Community, a nonprofit supporting all age groups in South Whitley. She completed the STAR Leadership Development Program and Leadership of Whitley County.

Ashley Warren has been promoted to market manager. She has 18 years of banking experience, including six with STAR, most recently serving as a branch manager. Warren was awarded the Growing by Serving award from STAR in 2023 because of her work in the Fort Wayne Community through her service to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Downtown Rotary Club, Believe in a Dream and Junior Achievement. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.

United Fidelity Bank / Evansville

Holly Donnan has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch office manager. She has 15 years of banking experience, including nearly five with United Fidelity. Donnan serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana.
