1st Source Bank / South Bend

Jim Story has been promoted to vice president, private banking group manager for Elkhart. He has been with the bank since 2014 and has nearly 35 years of banking experience overall. Story has served on the boards of Junior Achievement of Elkhart County and Elkhart Rotary Club, and as treasurer of the Northridge Band Boosters. He actively volunteers with the United Way, Junior Achievement and his church. He graduated from Manchester University.

Angela Daly has been promoted to assistant vice president, private banker. She is president of the Middlebury Boys & Girls Club’s board of directors and is a past board member and current volunteer for Junior Achievement. She is also involved with the Humane Society of Elkhart County and is the ambassador committee chair for the Goshen Chamber of Commerce. Daly was honored as the JA Volunteer of the Year every year from 2015-2019. She earned an associate degree from Indiana University South Bend.

Shelly Babcock has been promoted to be an officer of the bank. A private banker with the bank since 2023, she has more than 10 years of banking experience. Babcock is a member of the Goshen Kiwanis Club, a board member for Saving Gracy Advocacy and volunteers with Junior Achievement and United Way. She is a licensed banker who holds Series 6, Series 63 and Life and Health certifications.

Centier Bank / Merrillville

Nicole Birmingham has been promoted to be an officer of the bank. She joined the bank in 2014 as a universal banker. Since then, she moved on to become a supervisor and branch manager. Birmingham belongs to the Crossroads Chamber of Commerce, is co-leader of the bank’s mental health and wellbeing employee resource group and is an advisory board member for the Chasing Dreams organization.

Missy Hartley has been promoted to assistant vice president of mortgage lending. She has been with the bank since 2016. Hartley has served on the boards of the Wabash County Chamber of Commerce, Wabash Valley Dance Theater and Wabash County Christmas Spirit. She is also a past member of the Wabash Rotary Club, Tri Kappa and the Parkview Wabash Hospital Foundation Gala committee.

Kristin Cromer has been promoted to digital banking officer. She first came to the bank as a college intern in 2017, joining as a full-time employee in 2020.

First Farmers Bank & Trust Co. / Converse

Robert “Doug” Hill has joined the bank as vice president, senior commercial lender with nearly 40 years of experience.

First Federal Savings Bank / Evansville

Jennifer Singleton has been promoted to senior vice president, senior operations manager. She has spent her entire 26-year career with the bank. Singleton volunteers with baseball-related activities for Harrison High School and the school’s Cardio for Canines program. She completed the IBA Leadership Development Program and attends the Association’s annual BSA Compliance Training.

Adam Quiroz has been promoted to vice president, deposit operations support, fraud and BSA officer. He has 15 years of banking experience, 12 of which have been with First Federal. Quiroz earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana.

Natalie Craig has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial loan support manager. She has 11 years of experience in the banking industry, including eight with First Federal. Craig earned her bachelor’s degree fro

Doug Miltenberger has joined the bank and its private wealth advisors team as regional manager for their West Region, including Muncie, Indianapolis, Lafayette and Lakeshore. He has nearly 25 years of financial services experience. Outside the bank, he serves on the boards of Wheeler Mission and the Ball State University Alumni Council. Miltenberger earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and is a proud United States Marine Corps veteran.

First Savings Bank / Jeffersonville

Joe Ledwedge has joined the bank as a mortgage lender with more than 30 years of lending experience.

 

GBC Bank / Greenfield

Mark Flora has been promoted to senior vice president, chief credit officer. He joined the bank in October 2022 as vice president, commercial credit manager.

Horizon Bank / Michigan City

Kelly Mamouzelos has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager for the bank’s Michigan City location. She joined the bank in 2019 and now has more than 20 years of retail banking experience. Mamouzelos serves on the board of Stepping Stone Shelter for Women and volunteers with the Kalymnian Society.

Pleya Nacht has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager for the bank’s Munster location. She joined the bank in 2018 as a branch manager in Merrillville and transferred to Munster in 2020. Nacht has nearly 25 years of total banking experience. Outside the bank, she has served on the board of the Merrillville Civitan Club for eight years, including seven as treasurer. She also volunteers with Junior Achievement and Heroes Helping Heroes, and supports St. Jude House, NWI Food Bank, the Salvation Army Gary/Merrillville chapter and local police departments.

Jodi Pomeroy has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager for the bank’s Marion location. She joined the bank in 2019. Outside the bank, she serves on the board of the Grant County Economic Growth Council, is an ambassador team leader for Greater Grant County, member of the Family Selection Committee for Habitat for Humanity of Grant County, volunteers with Junior Achievement and is a member of the Rotary Club.

Sandy Schroeder has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager for the bank’s LaPorte location. She joined the bank in 2016 and now has 35 years of experience in banking and management. Outside the bank, Schroeder volunteers with Junior Achievement at local elementary schools.

Faye Sepke has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager for the bank’s Crown Point location. She joined the bank in 2013 as a business banker before transitioning to branch manager in Crown Point. Sepke has 42 years of total experience in banking and management. Outside the bank, she serves on the board of the Indiana Ballet Theater and is a past president of Crown Point Rotary.

Jennifer Wilson has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager for the bank’s South Greenwood location. She joined the bank in 2017 as branch manager for the South Greenwood branch. Wilson now has more than 30 years of experience in retail banking and management. Outside the bank, she is an alumna of Leadership Johnson County, a Franklin Chamber ambassador, a board member of the Johnson County Boys and Girls Club and a member of Aspire Johnson County, MIBOR, Habitat for Humanity and Discover Downtown Franklin. Wilson earned her bachelor’s degree from Franklin College.

Kentland Bank 

Caitlin Mailloux has been promoted to branch manager. She has been with the bank for five years, starting as a floating teller and most recently serving as financial services representative. Mailloux has nearly two decades of customer service experience. She volunteers at a variety of local events throughout her community.

Lake City Bank / Warsaw

Angie Doty has joined the bank as vice president, retail banking officer. She has 27 years of experience.

Kevin D. Hampton has joined the bank as vice president, senior investment officer. He has 35 years of experience in financial services. Hampton serves on the board of the Brave Heart Foundation, is part of the Professional Advisors Leadership Council of the Central Indiana Community Foundation and volunteers with Liberty Grove Schools. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University.

Stacy R. Oswald has joined the bank as vice president, retail banking officer with 22 years of financial services experience. She volunteers with the United Way of Central Indiana.

Merchants Bank / Carmel​

Sean Sievers has joined the bank as chief financial officer. He has more than 25 years of experience in executive financial leadership in the banking and mortgage industries. Sievers earned his bachelor’s degree from California Lutheran University and is a former licensed public accountant.

Old National Bank / Evansville​

Sue Beeler has joined the bank as a mortgage loan originator with more than 30 years of financial services experience. She graduated from Ball State University and is a certified NMLS trainer.

Tracy Whitaker has joined the bank as a mortgage loan originator with more than three decades of experience in the mortgage industry. He graduated from Ball State University.

Premier Bank / Defiance, OH​

Patrick Ward has returned to the bank as a mortgage loan officer. This is his second stint in mortgage lending for the bank. Ward volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne and is a member of the Anthony Wayne Rotary Club. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University Fort Wayne.

STAR Bank / Fort Wayne​

Matt Singleton has been promoted to senior vice president-operations. He has been with the bank since 2019, with more than 15 total years in banking after playing baseball professionally with the Oakland A’s organizations. Singleton is on the board of the Eastern Hancock Education Foundation, volunteers with Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity, and coaches middle school baseball and girls basketball. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.

Maureen “Mo” Glunt has been promoted to senior Treasury management officer. She has been with the bank since 2016, with 15 total years in banking. Glunt volunteers with the Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library on multiple youth-focused initiatives for literacy and leads the bank’s women’s employee resource group. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Kyla Madison has been promoted to payment services and business solutions manager. She has spent her entire 12-year banking career with STAR. Madison volunteers with several of the bank’s initiatives, including its United Way Kindergarten Countdown and annual food drive, the sponsorship of the Christmas Families program and the bank’s employee resource group initiative. She also volunteers with Community Harvest Food Bank and NeighborLink Fort Wayne and has previously been a big sister for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America program. Madison is a graduate of the Lending Others Leadership Pipeline Institute program and is an accredited Nacha ACH professional.

Ray Berger has joined the bank as a mortgage lender with nearly 40 years of banking experience. He is active in serving the builder and real estate communities in central Indiana and spent 10 years serving as a Big Brother with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Berger earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Cyndie Campbell has joined the bank as a mortgage lender with nearly 40 years of banking experience, including 23 in mortgage banking. She also specializes in physician financing. Campbell attended the University of Indianapolis.

 

Val Cesljarev has joined the bank as a mortgage lender with more than 20 years of banking experience, most of that as a mortgage officer. He volunteers with the Wheeler Mission and the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Cesljarev graduated from Indiana University.

 

Jill Daly has joined the bank as a mortgage lender with nearly 20 years of mortgage banking experience. She volunteers at Our Lady of Lourdes Church and School among other various community outreach programs. Daly graduated from Butler University.

Ean Decker has joined the bank as a mortgage lender. He has volunteered for the United Way for the past five years. Decker earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and has his mortgage loan originators license.

Cortlin Simpson has joined the bank as a mortgage lender with 10 years of banking experience. He volunteers with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Simpson earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.

 

United Fidelity Bank / Evansville

Phil Coudret has joined the bank as vice president, loan portfolio manager with more than 30 years of financial services experience. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana
