1st Source Bank / South Bend

Andrea Short has been promoted to president of the bank’s holding company. She has 40 years of banking experience, including 26 with 1st Source starting as tax director, then moving to vice president and controller, senior vice president, chief financial officer, principal accounting officer and executive vice president. Short was named president of the bank in 2020 and added the title of CEO in 2022. She will continue in both capacities moving forward as she takes on president responsibilities for the holding company. Short has volunteered her time and talents with numerous community organizations, currently serving as secretary and treasurer of the Medical Education Foundation and as a board member for the South Bend Elkhart Regional Partnership. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Alma College, completed the University of Chicago Booth School of Business’ Chicago Management Institute and Northwestern University Business School’s Executive Management Program, and holds the certified public accountant designation.

Bank of Wolcott

Chris Crabb has been promoted to chief operating officer. She joined the bank in 2010, most recently serving as vice president of retail banking. Crabb has a total of 23 years of experience in banking and has been an active volunteer with the Salvation Army for the past 10 years. Crabb graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

Centier Bank / Merrillville

Joe DiNicolantonio has joined the bank as chief retail officer with more than 20 years of experience. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Florida.

Karen Lance has been promoted to vice president, retail special services. She has been with the bank for 40 years, including time as branch manager and retail special services manager. Lance volunteers with the Crown Point Chamber of Commerce and Meals on Wheels of Northwest Indiana.

Bryan Olund has been promoted to vice president, small business banking. He has been with the bank since 2021, during which time he was named the bank’s SBA Lender of the Year and Small Business Lender of the Year. Olund serves as treasurer for RiverBend Cancer Services, and is on the boards of CDFI Friendly South Bend and the Business Development Corporation. Olund earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Katlin Gaffron has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager. She has been with the bank since 2017. Gaffron serves as secretary of the Granger Sunrise Rotary Club and education coordinator for the Elite Innovators Business Networking International Group. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University.

Janelle Spindler has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager. She joined the bank in 2018 as an assistant branch manager before being promoted to branch manager in 2020 at the bank’s Strack and Van Til in-store branch. Her latest promotion comes with a move to the bank’s new Cedar Lake branch, which just opened April 29. Spindler serves on the Cedar Lake Chamber’s board of directors, as president of Hanover Jr. Wildcats Football and Cheer, and hosts financial literacy classes through Junior Achievement.

Jason L. Harris has been promoted to mortgage market manager and bank officer. He joined the bank in 2007 while he was still in college. Since finishing his bachelor’s degree through Indiana University Northwest, Harris has served as assistant branch manager, community lender and community lender manager. He volunteers through the Gary Rotary Club and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and is a board member with the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Michel Alvarez has been promoted to bank officer, branch manager. She joined the bank in 2017 as assistant branch manager before being promoted to branch manager. She has a dozen years of experience in banking overall, including time at other institutions as a bank teller, loan specialist and call center representative. Alvarez has served on several community boards, including Women in Business with the Goshen Chamber of Commerce, Goshen’s Emerging Leaders and Dress for Success. She graduated from the Goshen Chamber of Commerce’s leadership program.

Peter Wilson has been promoted to bank officer, small business portfolio manager. He first joined the bank in 2022 as small business banking analyst. Wilson is a member of Knights of Columbus at St. Mary’s in Crown Point and volunteers with the Entrepreneurship Committee of the Urban League of Northwest Indiana. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville.

First Bank Richmond

Bradley Glover has been appointed chief financial officer for both the bank and its holding company, Richmond Mutual Bancorp Inc. He had been serving as acting CFO since May 2023. Glover has been with the bank since 2011, most recently serving as vice president and controller. He will continue serving in both those capacities.

First Merchants Bank / Muncie

Scott Steinwart has been promoted to market president for the bank’s Northwest region. He joined the bank in 2010 as senior vice president, commercial manager, and spent the past four years as regional chief sales officer for the Northwest region. Steinwart serves on the board of directors for Campagna Academy and the Crisis Center, and as a trustee for the John W. Anderson Foundation in Valparaiso, which supports various charitable organizations throughout Lake and Porter counties. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University and an MBA from Indiana University.

German American Bank / Jasper

Mary Moorhouse has been promoted to senior vice president, chief risk officer, effective April 1. She most recently served the bank as vice president of risk management. Moorhouse earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, her juris doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law and holds the certified enterprise risk professional certification from the American Bankers Association.

Hendricks County Bank & Trust Company / Brownburg

Bill Boyd has joined the bank as vice president, loan officer. He has more than 34 years of financial experience, including commercial lending, investment advising, mortgage lending and insurance underwriting. Boyd volunteers with the Kiwanis Club of Mooresville. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and has completed the financial services counselor certification from the American Bankers Association.

Home Bank  / Martinsville

Christopher Marks was promoted to senior vice president, chief information officer as of the bank’s annual meeting in April. He joined the bank in 2021 as vice president, director of information technology after 18 years of industry experience spanning IT, lending, human resources, retail banking and more. Marks earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and holds the designation of certified banking cybersecurity manager from the SBS Institute.

Horizon Bank  / Michigan City

Mark Secor is transitioning from chief financial officer to chief administration officer. He has served as CFO for 16 years, during which time the bank grew from $893 million to $7.8 billion, including growth through 12 mergers and acquisitions.

John R. Stewart has joined the bank as executive vice president, chief financial officer. He has 22 years of financial services experience spanning banking, investment management and corporate finance; and leadership roles, including strategic planning, corporate development and investor relations. Stewart earned his bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and holds the chartered financial analyst designation.

Robert Avery has been promoted to regional president of the bank’s Central Indiana region, effective April 1. He first joined the bank in 2020 as senior commercial lender, most recently serving as president of the bank’s Central Indiana market. Avery has 26 years of banking experience, including leadership roles in retail, small business, residential and commercial banking.

Bruce Piekarski has been promoted to market president of the bank’s southwest Michigan and north central Indiana region, effective July 5. He started with the bank in 1981 as a management trainee and moved to other financial institutions before returning to the bank in 2006, most recently serving as commercial group manager. In total, Piekarski has spent 24 years with the bank.

Grayson Fenwick has been promoted to vice president, commercial lending group manager. He has been with the bank since 2016, most recently serving as senior commercial loan officer, and has more than 20 years of financial services experience. Fenwick will complete the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in August.

Susan Hargrove has been promoted to vice president, commercial lending group manager. She has been with the bank since 2013, most recently serving as senior commercial loan officer, and has more than two decades of experience in the financial sector. Hargrove is the immediate past president of the Indianapolis chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women.

Joshua Stuckey has joined the bank as vice president, commercial loan officer with more than 25 years of banking experience. He started in banking operations in 1998 before transitioning to retail banking in 2002 and then business banking in 2017. Stuckey serves as director of athletics ministries for Our Lady of Grace Catholic School. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana.

Alexis Harris has been promoted to assistant vice president, Community Reinvestment Act officer. She joined the bank in 2018 as retail branch manager with more than 20 years of banking experience. Harris also has served as the bank’s CRA officer since 2022. She is an active member of the bank’s diversity business council.

Cindy Kirkham has been promoted to assistant vice president, community development operations officer. She first joined the bank in 2022 and now has a total of eight years of community development experience, along with 13 years in consumer and mortgage lending. Kirkham serves as president of the United Way of LaPorte County’s Women United Committee, secretary of the Southwest Michigan CRA Association, is a board member for the Near-Northwest Neighborhood CDC and is a member of the bank’s community development corporation.

Mya Roeun has joined the bank as funding manager with 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, including five specifically in equipment finance where she will be working. She volunteers with the Catholic Community, supports the United Way and serves as a board member for the Paradise Homeowners Association. Roeun earned an MBA from Globe University.

Ted Roknich has joined the bank as enterprise risk management manager with more than 10 years of experience leading and managing risk-related banking initiatives. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.

Jana Ledbetter has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator with 25 years of financial industry experience, specializing in mortgage lending. She sits on two committees with the North Central Indiana Association of REALTORS® and co-hosts the annual Todd Hite Memorial Golf Outing to raise funds for the Marshall County Neighborhood Center.

Lake City Bank  / Warsaw

Richard Delks has been promoted to first vice president, senior wealth advisor. He has been with the bank for nine years. Delks is board president of the Elkhart Unit of the Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart County. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.

Chad Glassburn has been promoted to first vice president, commercial banking officer. He has been with the bank for eight years. Glassburn earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Rodney Hooley has been promoted to first vice president, agribusiness manager. He has been with the bank for 18 years. Hooley is a Nappanee Rotary Club board member, and a board member at Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church and United Missionary Loans and Investments. He also volunteers with the Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church. Hooley earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.

Eric Wagoner has been promoted to first vice president, core banking operations manager. He has been with the bank for 20 years. Wagoner serves as board chair of the Warsaw Salvation Army Advisory Board and volunteers with the Warsaw Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary.

Brooke Bentley has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Kendallville office. She has been with the bank for 25 years. Bentley serves as vice president of the Noble County Council on Aging and volunteers with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) as a tax preparer. She earned her associate degree from International Business College.

Andrew Dance has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Fort Wayne North office. He has been with the bank for three years. He volunteers with Lutheran Social Services of Indiana (LSSI) and Junior Achievement. Dance attended DePauw University, Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne and Ball State University.

Corbin Holtsberry has been promoted to vice president, agribusiness banking officer. He has been with the bank for seven years. Holtsberry is board treasurer of the City County Athletic Complex (CCAC), a Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce ambassador and board member of the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club, and volunteers with the Argos Children’s Resale. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.

Kristi Manwaring has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Fort Wayne Jefferson office. She has been with the bank for five years. Manwaring is a volunteer coach with Girls on the Run and also volunteers with Lutheran Social Services of Indiana (LSSI), Junior Achievement and the Chapel.

Carolyn Ross has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Columbia City office. She has been with the bank for 16 years. Ross is an advisory board member of the Multi-County Medical Outreach Clinic and a Finance Committee member of the Whitley County Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers with the Whitley County Jail Chemical Addiction Program.

Becka Turnbow has been promoted to vice president, enterprise risk management officer. She has been with the bank for 10 years. Turnbow earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne and a master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Luke Weick has been promoted to vice president, marketing manager. He has been with the bank for two years. Weick volunteers as a development committee member and scholarship application reviewer with Questa Education Foundation. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University Fort Wayne.

Nick Brewer has joined the bank as assistant vice president, operations business analyst officer with seven years of financial institution experience. He is a member of the Association of Indiana Councils, serves on the board of the Whitley County Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana. Brewer has a master’s degree from the University of Saint Francis.

Ashley Bridges has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer, at the bank’s Indianapolis North office. She has been with the bank for nine years. Bridges is a member of the Westfield and OneZone chambers of commerce and volunteers at Prevail Inc. She earned an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College.

Wendy Brown has been promoted to assistant vice president, client protection services assistant manager. She has been with the bank for seven years and volunteers with the bank’s Reality Store. Brown earned an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College.

Greg Emmack has been promoted to assistant vice president, investment representative for Lake City Investments. He has been with the bank for six years and volunteers at his church. Emmack earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University and holds the Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations as well as the Indiana Life and Health Insurance License.

Adam Esterline has been promoted to assistant vice president, wealth advisory officer, serving the Warsaw area. He has been with the bank for two years. Esterline is on the board of elders at his church and volunteers with Junior Achievement. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree from Olivet Nazarene University.

Codie Gluchowski has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Jimtown office. She has been with the bank for nine years. Gluchowski is a 2024 candidate in the Elkhart County Leadership Academy. She volunteers with Junior Achievement and teaches Money Smart classes.

Kyle Grimm has been promoted to assistant vice president, special assets officer. He has been with the bank for nine years. Grimm volunteers coaching little league sports in the Ligonier community, and occasionally umpires little league baseball and softball games. Grimm also volunteers occasionally with the bank’s Reality Stores. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Trine University.

Kristen Heiman has been promoted to assistant vice president, payroll and benefits officer. She has been with the bank for four years. Heiman volunteers with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA). She earned an associate degree and certificate in fundamental payroll from Ivy Tech Community College.

Brit Hollopeter has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail loan operations assistant manager. She has been with the bank for six years. Hollopeter volunteers with Junior Achievement BizTown and the bank’s Reality Store.

Kourtney Jackson has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Shipshewana office. She has been with the bank for seven years. Jackson is a member of the LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce as well as the Shipshewana Retail Merchants Association, and volunteers with United Way, Junior Achievement and Tri Kappa in Goshen.

Alma Jimenez has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer in the bank’s Goshen South office. She has been with the bank for nine years. Jimenez is an ambassador for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana, serves as a Big Sister and volunteers with Junior Achievement. She earned an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College.

Kimberly Knoerzer has been promoted to assistant vice president, client protection services assistant manager. She has been with the bank for seven years and volunteers with the bank’s Reality Stores at Lakeview and Harrison Elementary schools.

Brittni Kuhn has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer and private banker at the bank’s Syracuse office. She has been with the bank for 14 years. Kuhn is board secretary for Junior Achievement serving the Wawasee area, serves as an ambassador for the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Indiana Bankers Association’s Future Leadership Division (FLD). She volunteers with Junior Achievement and teaches financial literacy in the Kosciusko County Jail Chemical Addiction Program (JCAP).

Erin Martz has been promoted to assistant vice president, senior loan administration officer. She has been with the bank for 10 years. Martz is treasurer of Indiana Birth Coalition, is a member of the Indiana Bankers Association’s Future Leadership Division (FLD) and serves on the bank’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Nichole Mendez has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer, at the bank’s Fort Wayne Downtown office. She has been with the bank for seven years. Mendez is treasurer of the Blackhawk Middle School PTSA and volunteers with Humane Fort Wayne, Junior Achievement and United Way.

Katie D. Panning has joined the bank as assistant vice president, digital and web marketing officer. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Goshen College.

Chrissy Myer has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer, at the bank’s South Bend Downtown Office. She has been with the bank for 15 years. Myer teaches financial literacy classes at local nonprofits. She earned an associate degree from Southwestern Michigan College.

Ashaunte Wallen has been promoted to assistant vice president, business unit application officer. She has been with the bank for four years and volunteers with Junior Achievement.

Mandy Benzing has been promoted to retail banking support officer. She has been with the bank for eight years and volunteers with the bank’s Reality Stores and with United Way. She earned an associate degree from International Business College in Fort Wayne.

Ashley Brewer has been promoted to investment officer for Lake City Investments. She has been with the bank for nine years and volunteers with Junior Achievement. Brewer studied at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and holds the Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations as well as the Indiana Life and Health Insurance License.

Priscilla Coffey has joined the bank as corporate and institutional services product support officer. She volunteers by working with children at her church as an ordained minister.

Trenton Cooper has been promoted to senior loan administration officer. He has been with the bank for three years and volunteers with his church. Cooper earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.

Kelli Hatfield has been promoted to trust tax officer. She has been at the bank for four years. Hatfield volunteers with Junior Achievement and the Kosciusko Community

Brandon Krutsch has been promoted to senior loan administration officer for the Elkhart area. He has been with the bank for four years and volunteers with the Northern Indiana Mountain Bike Association (NIMBA). Krutsch earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University South Bend.

Kelsey Nelson has been promoted to loan systems application officer. She has been with the bank for 10 years. Nelson volunteers with the Kosciusko County Community Foundation by helping review scholarships as well as with Kids Market Inc. because she wants to provide young people in the community with opportunities to succeed.

Maxxwell Sell has been promoted to business banking officer. He has been with the bank for three years and volunteers with the bank’s Reality Store as well as Junior Achievement. Sell earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Tech.

Logansport Savings Bank

Chad Handschu has been promoted to information security and IT officer. He first joined the bank in 2021 as IT administrator after 15 years working in the IT industry, including a prior role with the Logansport Community School Corporation. Handschu continues to serve as head coach for the Logansport High School boys and girls track and field teams, and volunteers as an assistant coach for the LHS boys cross country team.

Jennifer Savini has been promoted to retail banking officer. She first joined the bank in 2021 as a new accounts/customer service representative. Savini served as the United Way of Cass County’s campaign chair last year and is a current board member for the Salvation Army 360 Life Center and Kiwanis Club of Logansport and serves as lieutenant governor for the Arrowhead Division of Kiwanis International. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and a certification in teller operations from the Indiana Bankers Association.

Merchants Bank of Indiana  / Carmel

Francisco Guzman has joined the bank as affordable lending loan officer. As a bilingual professional, he will play a valuable role in supporting Spanish-speaking customers. He also brings experience from the manufacturing industry. Guzman earned his bachelor’s degree from Wabash College.

Old National Bank  / Evansville

Al London joined the bank in March as senior vice president, community impact director. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the banking industry, including branch management, consumer banking and area management. London serves on the boards of the Indianapolis Urban League and the Indiana Black Expo.

Premier Bank  / Defiance, OH

Tammy Chmielewski has been promoted to vice president, retail district manager with 28 years of banking experience. She joined the bank in 2020 as branch manager. Chmielewski is a member of the Montpelier Chamber of Commerce. She is licensed in Ohio Life, Health and Annuities and holds her Series 6, Series 63 and SIE licenses.

Star Bank  / Fort Wayne

Thomas Marcuccilli has been named director of marketing and communications. He joined the bank in 2013 as vice president and later senior vice president of retail banking. Before joining the bank, he had experience in sales and advertising outside the banking industry. Marcuccilli is on the foundation board at Ivy Tech Community College and the board of the Fort Wayne Civic Theater. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jeff Coil has joined the bank as senior investment officer. He served on the finance committees of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne and Mother’s Hope, the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne’s board of directors, and volunteers with Junior Achievement, Real Men Read and Meals on Wheels. Coil earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University–Fort Wayne, passed level one of the CFA, earned Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 licensing and is a fellow of the Life Office Management Institute.

United Fidelity Bank  / Evansville

Bethany Alldredge has joined the bank as assistant vice president, lending quality assurance and training specialist. She comes to the bank with six years of experience in commercial lending.

Wayne Bank and Trust Company  / Richmond

Justin Ratz has been promoted to senior vice president, chief credit officer. He has been with the bank for six years, starting as a commercial lending officer; followed by vice president, commercial loan officer; and vice president, commercial credit manager. Ratz earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he also earned a certificate of executive leadership.
