BUSEY BANK / Champaign, IL

Max Stutsman has been promoted to vice president, commercial relationship manager and team lead of the bank’s Indiana region. He first joined the bank in 2018, most recently serving as commercial relationship manager in the bank’s Central region in Illinois.

 

CENTIER BANK / Merrillville

Carin Sassatelli has joined the bank as a branch manager with 16 years of banking experience. She volunteers with Indianapolis-area organizations like The Milk Bank and Camptown.

CITIZENS STATE BANK / New Castle

Rachel McQuillen has been promoted to Treasury management support specialist. She first joined the bank in 2020 as a personal banker and has also served as operations manager.

CROSSROADS BANK / Wabash

Jennifer Willett has joined the bank as branch banking officer with 13 years of banking experience. She is a member of the Fort Wayne Bowling Association and coaches high school bowling. Willett earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University.

FIRST BANK RICHMOND

Bradley M. Glover has been promoted to senior vice president, chief financial officer. He joined the bank’s accounting department in 2011, most recently serving as interim CFO before his permanent appointment to the post. Glover is a board member for Centerville-Abington Community Dollars for Scholars and serves on the finance committee for the Richmond Family YMCA. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and graduated from the IBA’s Leadership Development Program.

FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK / Evansville

Anjel Hillenbrand has been promoted to vice president, retail lending operations manager. She’s been with the bank for seven years, most recently as assistant vice president, processing underwriting manager.

Alex Iber has been promoted to assistant vice president, construction coordinator. He’s been with the bank for two years, most recently as retail loan advisor officer. Iber is active with Rotary International and as a financial partner with Habitat for Humanity. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.

FIRST FINANCIAL BANK, NA / Terre Haute

Steve Panagouleas has been promoted to senior vice president, chief credit officer. He joined the bank in 2013, working in the commercial lending and commercial credit departments. Panagouleas earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and a master’s degree from Butler University. He also holds the RMA Credit Risk Certification and completed the IBA Commercial Lending School.

Andrew Decker has been promoted to director of trust & asset management. He joined the bank in 2008 as assistant vice president, trust officer before transitioning to assistant vice president, portfolio manager.

FIRST MERCHANTS BANK / Muncie

Steve Harris has been promoted to executive vice president, chief human resources officer.

Joe Peterson has been promoted to the newly created role of executive vice president, president of commercial banking. He has more than two decades of experience in commercial finance, including public finance, sponsor finance, debt capital markets and asset‑based lending.

Carrie Valek has been promoted to executive vice president, president of consumer banking. She has nearly 25 years of banking experience, including 12 as a senior leader with First Merchants.

HOME BANK / Martinsville

Amy Cole has been promoted to vice president, loan operations manager. She started with the bank in 2014 as a teller, going on to work as a consumer loan processor, mortgage processor and assistant manager for loan operations. Cole is a graduate of the IBA Leadership Development Program.

Gordie Lucas has been promoted to vice president, senior mortgage loan officer. He joined the bank in 2007 as part of a 28-year career in banking as a mortgage loan officer. Lucas is a basketball official with IHSAA and the head junior varsity baseball coach at Tri-West High School.

Ryan Taylor has been promoted to vice president, commercial loan officer. Since joining the bank in 2017, he has served as a commercial and mortgage loan officer. Taylor chairs the Barbara B. Jordan YMCA, is president of the Mooresville Redevelopment Commission, a board member for the Jackson Center for Conductive Education and a member of the Mooresville Kiwanis Club. He graduated from Earlham College.

Aaron Tincher has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial credit analyst. He joined the bank in 2020 as part of their retail team, including time as a branch manager before moving to commercial credit. Tincher graduated from Wabash College.

Cory Wiggington has been promoted to information technology manager. He joined the bank in 2022 after teaching IT at the college level and working in desktop support, system administration and IT support management in higher education. Wiggington graduated from Indiana University and holds the CompTIA security analytics expert (CASE) certification.

HORIZON BANK / Michigan City

Emily Starks has joined the bank as vice president, credit and risk manager. She has 20 years of commercial lending plus portfolio and credit management. Starks is a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association and is active in the music ministry of her church. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.

LAKE CITY BANK / Warsaw

Austin L. Bair has been promoted to vice president, Community Reinvestment Act and lending analytics officer. He has been with the bank for eight years. Bair serves on the board of the Indiana CRA Bankers Association and volunteers to teach financial literacy classes for the Jail Chemical Addiction Program of Kosciusko County. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University – South Bend.

Jody M. Meyer has been promoted to vice president, retail banking regional manager for the bank’s Indianapolis region of seven branches. She has 21 years of experience in financial services, including the last six years as manager of the bank’s downtown Indianapolis office. Meyer was the bank’s first hire in the Indianapolis market 13 years ago.

Leonard Groves has joined the bank as senior network administration officer. He earned a master’s degree from DePaul University.

Sam Hall has joined the bank as finance officer. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Grace College and a master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Morgan Hopper has been promoted to retail banking officer. She has been with the bank for five years.

Olivia Pearson has been promoted to retail banking officer. She has been with the bank for four years. Pearson volunteers with Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore and Women Build programs.

Livia Rose has been promoted to retail banking officer. She has been with the bank for one year. Rose volunteers with Junior Achievement of Kosciusko County. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Taylor University.

LOGANSPORT SAVINGS BANK

Ezequiel “Zeke” Alvarez has joined the bank as a business development banker. This is his first job in banking, but he has previous lending experience at a financial services firm.

Cindy Orozco has joined the bank as staff accountant. This is her first job in banking, with previous experience in healthcare and operations. The operations-focused accountant role will see her assisting with electronic banking services and support.

PNC BANK, NA / Wilmington, DE

Rosalie Cronley has joined the bank as vice president of community development banking. She has more than 15 years of experience in community and economic development in the government and nonprofit sectors, most recently serving as executive director of Main Street Greensburg, supporting small businesses through microlending, grants and technical assistance programming. Cronley continues to serve on the board of directors of Main Street Greensburg, plus is an international officer for Alpha Delta Pi and previously served on the MIBOR Economic and Community Development Council. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Western Governors University.

PREMIER BANK / Defiance, OH

Jim Swift has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial banking manager. He has more than 25 years of banking experience. Away from the bank, he volunteers with Fort Wayne Rescue Mission, coaches youth lacrosse and rides his bike 10,000 miles annually.

Jon Zolnik has been promoted to vice president, Treasury management sales manager. He has more than 10 years of sales experience. Zolnik works as the defensive coordinator for Leo High School football and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana, Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo, Greater Fort Wayne Inc., Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne, the United Way of Allen County and more.

UNITED FIDELITY BANK / Evansville

Steven Moe has joined the bank as senior vice president, senior credit manager, with more than 30 years of banking experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, and a master’s degree from Butler University.

Christina Dunn has joined the bank as first vice president, enterprise risk management officer. She has 25 years of banking experience, including enterprise and business line risk management. Dunn graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
