Marsha Jean-Baptiste has joined the firm as an associate in its labor and employment practice. She previously served as a summer associate with the firm in 2022 and 2023. Jean-Baptiste is a member of the National Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Marion County Bar Association and Indianapolis Bar Association. She was recognized as an Outstanding Leader of Tomorrow by the City of Bloomington. Jean-Baptiste earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and her juris doctorate from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

Barb Fugate retired from the company effective Nov. 4. The executive vice president and chief information officer had been with the company for eight years. Craig Bantz joined the company as its new CIO in September. He has more than 20 years of information technology experience. Bantz is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery, Information Systems Audit and Control Association, the Internet2 consortium and Educause. He earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
