David M. Findlay, chairman & CEO at Lake City Bank, Warsaw, celebrated 25 years with the bank this fall. He joined the bank in 2000 as executive vice president, chief financial officer, then served as president & chief financial officer from 2010-14. Findlay is the incoming chairman of the Indiana Bankers Association and serves on the boards of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, OrthoWorx, Orthopedic Capital Foundation, AcceLINX, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, Trine University, Parkview Regional Health Center and Centerfield Capital Partners. He is a member of the IBA’s 2019 class of Leaders in Banking Excellence, the Association’s highest honor. Findlay earned his bachelor’s degree from DePauw University.
Bradley J. Monts celebrated 35 years with Hoosier Heartland State Bank, Crawfordsville, in August. He has spent his entire career at the bank, starting in 1990 when it was called Farmers State Bank. Monts has worked as branch manager, loan officer, chief financial officer, and is currently president, CEO and chairman of the board. He serves as president of Indiana West Advantage and treasurer of the Montgomery County Educational Foundation, and is a member of the Montgomery County Redevelopment Commission and the Montgomery County Health & Wellness Center Board. Monts earned his bachelor’s degree from Franklin College and has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Charles L. Nedele celebrated 40 years of service with First Federal Savings Bank of Angola in September. He is a member of the bank’s board of directors. Nedele owns Croxton & Roe Insurance Services Inc. in Angola.
